What we collect through the forms on this site, why we collect it, where it is stored, and how to have it removed.

Who this policy is from

Elevare Remote Partners (“Elevare”, “we”, “us”) places trained Filipino virtual assistants with real estate professionals in Canada and the United States. This policy covers elevarerp.com and every form on it. It is written to be consistent with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Questions about this policy, or about information we hold, go to info@elevarerp.com.

What we collect, and why

We only collect what you type into one of three forms. We do not buy lists, and we do not build a profile of you from anywhere else.

The workload quiz, at /agents

  • Your name, email address, and — if you choose to give them — phone number and brokerage or company name.
  • Your answers about your role, team size, location, sales target, admin workload, current tools, budget range, and how soon you want support.

We use this to understand whether we can help you, to prepare for a call if you ask for one, and to follow up about our service. Answering the quiz is voluntary; the contact fields are what let us reply.

The VA application, at /va/apply

  • Your full name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and the city and province you work from.
  • A LinkedIn or portfolio link, if you choose to give one.
  • Your answers about experience, services, tools, employment preference, expected rate, equipment, and availability.

We use this to screen and shortlist applicants and to match them with client placements. It is free to apply and we charge applicants no fees at any stage.

The checklist download

Your email address only. We use it to send you the checklist and occasional follow-up material about delegating admin work. Every email we send includes a way to stop receiving them.

Where your information is stored

Quiz and application submissions are stored in our database, hosted by Supabase, and are mirrored into a private Google Sheet that only Elevare staff can open. Checklist sign-ups are recorded in that same private spreadsheet.

When a quiz submission indicates you want a call soon, an internal alert email is sent to Elevare through Resend so someone can respond quickly. That alert goes to us, never to a third party.

These providers store data on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, which means it may be subject to the laws of the country it is held in. We use them because they are the infrastructure this site runs on, and we do not grant them any right to use your information for their own purposes.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone, for any purpose. We share it only in two situations: with the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf in order to run the site; and where a law or a court order requires us to.

For applicants, one further case: if we shortlist you for a specific placement, we share the relevant parts of your application with that client so they can interview you. We tell you before that happens.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions for as long as they are useful for the purpose they were given — an enquiry while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, an application while you remain in our talent pool. When information is no longer needed, or when you ask us to remove it, we delete it from both the database and the spreadsheet.

Your rights, and how to use them

You can, at any time:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct anything inaccurate or out of date.
  • Ask us to delete your submission entirely.
  • Withdraw your consent to being contacted, at any time.

Email info@elevarerp.com with what you want done. Say which form you used and which email address you submitted, so we can find the right record. We will confirm once it is done.

If you are not satisfied with how we handled your request, you can raise it with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies, and there is no third-party ad network on it. We run Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to see which pages are visited and how quickly they load. Neither sets a cookie.

We also run Google Analytics, which does set cookies on your device, so that several visits in one session are counted as one reader rather than several. It tells us which pages are read and where visitors arrive from. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not connect it to anything you submit through a form on this site. You can opt out of it on every site you visit with Google’s opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

Children

This site and its forms are for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted a form, email us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or how we handle it, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be made plain rather than slipped in quietly.
