Yes — always. Applying and joining Elevare is free, and we never charge talent a placement fee. Our clients pay for the service; you never do, at any stage.
Do I need real estate experience?
No. Many of our best VAs started with none. If you are organized, fluent, and quick to learn, our training program covers the real estate side — CRMs, listings, and transaction paperwork included.
What are the hours?
Most placements align with North American business hours, which means a night shift in the Philippines. The schedule is agreed upfront and protected — a real workweek with a clear end, not an on-call arrangement.
How does pay work?
Pay is competitive, held to a global standard for skilled work, and paid reliably. We discuss the specifics openly during the process — and there is never a fee to apply or join.
What is the training like?
